A newly released University of North Florida poll shows Trump-endorsed Byron Donalds continues to crush Republican primary opponents by double digits.
- Donalds leads every ballot test among GOP primary voters, starting at 31% against single-digit declared opponents. He also defeats any hypothetical opponents.
- When voters are informed of President Trump’s endorsement, Donalds’ support skyrockets to 47%.
- No other declared GOP candidate reaches 5% in a head to head match up with Donalds.
The new poll comes on the heels of President Trump praising Donalds’ candidacy for Florida Governor yesterday. In addition to President Trump’s endorsement, Donalds also earned the backing of Donald Trump, Jr., Charlie Kirk, Elon Musk, Senator Rick Scott, the majority of Florida sheriffs, U.S. House Leadership, 17 members of Florida’s congressional delegation, 75% of the Republican caucus in the Florida House, and other leading national conservatives.
Donalds’ dominating lead in polling against all potential challengers and prominent endorsements is underscored by his unmatched fundraising.
