Florida Senate President Pro Tempore Jason Brodeur today announced his endorsement of Congressman Byron Donalds for Governor of Florida. Brodeur’s endorsement adds another conservative leader from the Florida Legislature to the growing list of Florida Republicans supporting Donalds’ campaign.
Brodeur pointed to Donalds’ leadership and record of conservative wins in his endorsement.
“Floridians deserve a proven conservative leader who will tackle the affordability crisis head-on, bring real reforms to our property insurance market, and fiercely protect the natural waterways that make our state exceptional,” said Senator Jason Brodeur. “Byron Donalds has the grit to get the job done for Florida families. I am honored to endorse his campaign for Governor.”
In response, Donalds expressed his gratitude and eagerness to work together to deliver results for Florida families.
“I am grateful to have Jason Brodeur in our corner,” said Byron Donalds. “He’s spent his time in office going after the fentanyl dealers hurting our communities and taking on the middlemen driving up drug prices.
