Representative Danny Alvarez today threw his support behind Congressman Byron Donalds for Governor, marking support from more than 75% of Republican members of the Florida House of Representatives.
The endorsement represents an undeniable display of legislative support and underscores growing enthusiasm among Republican leaders for Donalds’ conservative vision, economic leadership, and commitment to keeping Florida a national model for freedom and opportunity.

In addition to the overwhelming majority of Florida House Republicans, Donalds is endorsed by President Donald Trump, Charlie Kirk, Elon Musk, the majority of Florida Sheriffs, 17 members of Florida’s Congressional delegation, U.S. House Leadership, and other leading national conservatives.
The wave of endorsements adds significant momentum to Donalds’ gubernatorial campaign as supporters continue organizing across all 67 counties and follows polling showing Donalds continuing to dominate both the Republican primary and general election race for governor.
