A new poll released today shows Byron Donalds remains the frontrunner in the race for Florida Governor.
A new survey from Echelon Insights shows Byron Donalds leading both potential Democratic challengers in the race for Governor—reinforcing his strength as the Republican front-runner. In the newly released poll Donalds leads David Jolly by six points, 49%-43% and Jerry Demings by four points, 48%-44%.
This comes after polling showing Byron Donalds blowing away the competition in the GOP Primary for Florida Governor.
“Byron Donalds is the only candidate in this race who can defeat any Democrat, unite Republicans, and defend the Florida Dream for our families, seniors, and young people,” said Ryan Smith, Chief Strategist for the Byron Donalds for Governor Campaign. “Byron Donalds continues to lead because he’s focused on what matters: making Florida more affordable, safer, and stronger. The contrast in this race couldn’t be clearer, and Florida voters will vote for Byron Donalds and his positive vision to lead Florida forward in November.”
In his campaign for governor, Donalds has secured key endorsements, including the crucial endorsement of President Donald J. Trump. Elon Musk, leading national conservatives, U.S. House Leadership, 27 top Florida sheriffs, 17 members of Florida’s congressional delegation, and 75% of the Republican caucus in the Florida House have also thrown their support behind Donalds. This week, Donalds secured the endorsement of MAGA Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the first sitting governor to back Donalds.
In fundraising, polling, and conservative support, Donalds continues to dominate in the race for Florida governor.
