The Byron Donalds Campaign and Friends of Byron Donalds PAC announced the largest fundraising haul to date for the Trump-backed candidate for Florida Governor. Donalds raised a staggering $22.2 million in the first quarter of 2026, bringing his warchest to over $67 million total between both entities. Over 10,000 donors contributed to Donalds’ efforts this quarter. Donalds’ Q1 haul is unprecedented for a non-incumbent candidate.
In addition to President Trump’s endorsement, Donalds also earned the backing of Donald Trump, Jr., Charlie Kirk, Elon Musk, Senator Rick Scott, the majority of Florida sheriffs, U.S. House Leadership, 17 members of Florida’s congressional delegation, 75% of the Republican caucus in the Florida House, and other leading national conservatives.
