Florida Senate President Ben Albritton today endorsed ByronDonalds for Governor, calling him a proven conservative and the right leader to keep Florida safe, free, and prosperous.
President Albritton, a fifth-generation farmer from Wauchula, is widely respected across the state for his work on behalf of rural communities and Florida agriculture. His endorsement adds to the growing list of Republican leaders uniting behind Byron ahead of November.

Donalds, who is endorsed by the Florida Farm Bureau PAC, has been a strong defender of Florida’s agricultural industry and rural communities during his time in the Florida House and U.S. Congress, pointed to working with Senator Albritton to protect the Florida Dream for every family in the state.

Albritton’s endorsement follows a string of major Republican endorsements for Donalds, including Senator Ashley Moody, the entire Florida Cabinet, and Florida’s incoming House Speaker and Senate President, as Republicans across the state continue to overwhelmingly throw support behind Donalds.
